With a measuring tape: wrap the measuring tape tightly around your wrist and note the value where the tape end overlaps the tape length.

We recommend the following bangle size for 

• For wrists up to 14.5cm around, select the XS bangle.
• For wrists between 14.5cm and 16cm around, select the S bangle.
• For wrists between 15.5 cm and 17cm around, select the M bangle.
